I had tried two other wraps, but they were too rigid. Three weeks later, I ordered the Sweet Birth. You can wear it any way you like, and I find it super comfortable. It literally makes my back pain disappear! It's sturdy yet soft—and stretchy too! It hugs my pelvic bones and I can really feel the support in that area.

I love the belt; I've been wearing it since I gave birth (five months ago) and I believe it has significantly sped up my recovery. I love that it has adjustable straps, which allow me to tighten it as I lose my belly.

Very good compression for the abdomen. Normally, I don't write reviews, but when you receive quality, it needs to be acknowledged.

I bought the size S, and it barely fit me at first, but after seven weeks, it became almost too big. This wrap has helped reduce the size of my belly and hips, relieved my lower back pain, and most importantly, made me feel good in my clothes. I recommend it to everyone. I had my baby three months before I bought this belt. At the time of purchase, I had been feeling a pulling and tearing sensation in my abdomen around my belly button for over six weeks, during daily tasks and exercise. I bought this belt because my post-C-section bandage was no longer tight enough at the hips, which was causing pain. I wore it for a week and a half, for 6 to 8 hours a day, and the pain was gone. The Velcro provides perfect pressure around the waist and everything stays in place! I 100% recommend it!

Very helpful in the process of shrinking my uterus after my C-section. It also helped support my back during recovery. I wore it throughout the day, both at work and at home, and took it off when I slept. It's not a miracle slimming solution because that doesn't exist. But for support and internal healing after my C-section, it was great. I really wish I had known about this product when I had my first C-section because it also helped heal my abdominal muscles.
