Refund Policy

Sweet Birth guarantees your satisfaction within a specified return or exchange period. You have 60 days to return the items to us from receipt of your order. After this time, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part, will not be exchanged or refunded.

Return of certain types of merchandise is not permitted. Thus, intimate products (underwear: panties) or sanitary products cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.

Other items not permitted for return:
*Gift Cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products


We guarantee the condition of your item upon receipt. Products received damaged will be exchanged or refunded.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund procedures & exchanges (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please request us at support@sweetbirth.net.

If your request is approved: 
- In the case of a refund: your refund will be processed upon receipt of the item, approval of its condition, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 48 hour deadline.
- In the case of an exchange: your exchange will be processed upon receipt of the item, and a new item will be sent to you.

If the item you received is damaged, you will need to attach a photo of the item highlighting the damaged area. Once we have inspected the photos, we will email you our decision on whether to approve or reject your request.

 

Offers and discounts (if applicable)

Any product offered must be returned if one wishes to return a product that has enabled theeligibility for this offer. All products offered are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

In the case of other offers, reimbursement is based on the original prices. Example: You benefit from an offer “1 purchased = 2nd at -50%”; you order 2 products for 100€+(100€*50%) = 150€ spent. If you wish to be reimbursed for one of the two products, you will be reimbursed €150 (total value of the order) - [100€(prix originel du produit des produits achetés) * 2 - 100€ (prix originel du produit retourné)] = €50 reimbursed.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us atsupport@sweetbirth.net.

 

Change of address
If you think you have entered the wrong address, you should immediately email us atsupport@sweetbirth.net in order to correct the error. The request must be made within 24 hours of ordering. However, if the package has already been sent, the change will not be possible.  

Cancelation
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately atsupport@sweetbirth.net. The request must be made within 24 hours of ordering. However, if the parcel has already been sent, cancellation will be impossible.  

Stolen or lost merchandise
Epria SARL cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Please ensure that all information you have provided is correct before submitting your order. Upon customer request, Epria SARL will confirm the delivery address provided, delivery date and supplier information. 

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it back to our warehouse. The address will be communicated to you after approval of the refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this.
If the package returned to our warehouse is not identifiable or does not validate the refund/exchange conditions, it will be irrecoverable after 1 month of delay.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
